Aniello "Junior" Violante
Aniello Violante, "Junior" as he is affectionately know as, grew up in Violante's Meat Market spending much of his time with his parents, father Aniello Sr. and mother Theresa offering quality products to lifelong customers. He has worked every position in the store from Stock Boy, Deli Help, Delivery Driver, "Therapist", Cook, & Butcher. He has been taught and groomed by his father Neil, to be not just a great butcher, but an excellent business owner.
Today, Neil runs the day to day operations of the meat market and Violante's Catering. Together with Junior's family, wife Dina and their three sons Vincent, Michael, and Nicholas along with their staff continues to offer their customers and community quality products and service at fair market prices.
